From our Istanbul office, you will play a critical role in supporting our team and connecting our worldwide operations.

YOUR ROLE ON THE FIELD

From troubleshooting to system administration, you are the first line of defense for all our IT needs. You will provide technical support to our employees, manage our network infrastructure, and ensure our systems are secure and efficient. You are responsible for maintaining hardware, software, and cloud services, making sure our team has the tools they need to succeed.

You will also collaborate with our global IT department on international projects, helping to implement new technologies and security protocols. You report to the Regional IT Manager and are a trusted resource for everyone in the Istanbul office. With your technical expertise, you will ensure stability and empower our team to do their best work.

Job Requirements – YOUR PROFILE

You are a technical expert with a customer-centric mindset, and you thrive on solving complex problems. In addition, you bring:

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role;

Availability of 40 hours per week, based in our Istanbul office;

Strong knowledge of network administration, hardware, software, and cybersecurity principles;

Experience with Windows and/or Mac environments, as well as cloud platforms (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace);

A proactive and service-oriented approach to technical support;

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;

Excellent command of both Turkish and English, spoken and written;

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA) are a plus.
